Today we were learning about what kinds of technology people use for abstract art. There are a lot of different technology people use for art. Here are some of the tools that people use like pencils and pens rulers and erasers. Thees are some of the basic technology that people use in your every day art.

We are learning what types of technology we use for abstract art.Because we are going to the Te Tuhi art gallery so we can learn more about art. The things I learnt today is that abstract art is different to other arts and crafts.

The thing I found challenging was finding different kinds of technology.        

Today we were learning about abstract art. Because we are going to the art gallery, which is called the Te Tuhi art gallery so we can learn about abstract art which is art that is not like a normal painting.Because it looks like shapes and colours splatted on a paper.
When we go to the art gallery we are going to be learning about different kinds of art.Today I learnt what abstract art is and what it looks like    

My firs blog reflection for tearm 4 2018

On the school holidays I went skydiving and it was scary but fun at the same. I went with my uncle an aunty and I was falling from the sky and my eyes were getting watery and I was really high up in the air I was scary I thought I was going to die but I diffident as you are reading my blog. 
The next week of my holidays was more exiting I went to my cousin house and saw all of my famaliy and friends at my aunty house we had cake chocolate and loots of other food and games.Well that was my hloidday I hope you enjoyed. This tearm I am looking forward to learning new things like decimals. Because it can help me in my future.           

Duffy Assembly

Today we had a roll model Assembly and our visitor is  Michel Mulipola he i a comic book drawer and a wrestler. He likes drawing reading and playing games.He has travelled all over the world he has met a lot of famous people. He was here to tech us about chasing our dreams and goals.

 He was showing us his books and drawings and talking about his way up to being a pro wrestler and comic book drawer he has been been comic book drawing for about twelve years and wrestling for about twelve years. He tought us about being confident and to chase our goals. The thing i learnt was to not give up on your dreams. The thing i would next time is ask him more questions.

       

Basketball

Everyday me and my friends go to basketball practice at lunch time for our after school tournament. Our tournament starts today at Tamaki College.

We practice everyday with our coach Lorenzo. He encourages us to play fairly and to play with good sportsmanship.He works at the after school youth programme. I am looking forward to wining and playing together as a team.

I look forward  to playing basketball this term and playing with my peers.

Today we are going to be looking at school values. my school has five values so we have a good learning environment.Our school values are ako witch means teaching and learning another one is manakitanga witch means caring for others.The next one is whanogatanga witch means billding positive relationship with others another one of the values is tokumare

witch means peace.Lots of schools have values because they are like rules of the school but some schools have different values like my old school had the same but one of them was teinopairawa witch was do your best
